27 Governor may place Crown land under control of Trust
(1)
The Governor may, if of the opinion that it is expedient to do so, place any Crown land under the care, control and management of the Trust.
(2)
Land placed under the care, control and management of the Trust under this section will, for the purposes of this Act, be taken to be part of Carrick Hill and must be administered by the Trust in accordance with this Act.
