88 Publication to prescribed person or body
Despite anything to the contrary in this Act, a person may publish to a prescribed person or a prescribed body, or to a person or body of a prescribed class or description of persons or bodies—
(a)
a film or computer game classified RC, X 18+, R 18+ or
MA 15+; or
(b)
a publication classified Category 1 restricted, Category 2 restricted or RC;
(c)
a submittable publication.
