18 Advisory committees
The Board may appoint such advisory committees as the Board considers necessary for the purpose of providing the Board with expert advice on matters pertinent to the protection, restoration or development of the coast.
A member of an advisory committee shall hold office upon such terms and conditions as may be determined by the Minister.
The Board must, in acting under this section, comply with any guidelines issued by the Minister for the purposes of this section (which may include a requirement for the approval of the Minister before a Committee, or
Committee of a specified class, may be established under subsection (1)).
