Governor's salary

In force

(1)

The Governor is entitled to a salary at a rate determined by the

Remuneration Tribunal in relation to the office of

Governor.

(2)

Remuneration is not payable under this section to the Governor for any period for which he or she is entitled to remuneration from the

Commonwealth in respect of his or her administration of the Government of the

Commonwealth.

(3)

A rate of salary determined under this section cannot be reduced by subsequent determination of the Remuneration

Tribunal.
