22 Loans for training purposes
(1)
The Board may, with the approval of the Minister and the Treasurer, lend money from the Fund to an industrial organisation for the purpose of establishing or operating a group training scheme for the construction industry approved by the Industrial and Commercial Training
Commission.
(2)
A loan under subsection (1) will be subject to such terms and conditions as the Minister and the Treasurer think appropriate and may be free of interest.
