11G Delegation by Commonwealth Minister or Commonwealth Secretary
Any delegation by the Commonwealth Minister or the Commonwealth
Secretary under section 57 of the Commonwealth Act is taken to extend to, and have effect for the purposes of, the corresponding provision of the applied provisions.
