Controlled Substances Act 1984

The licensed processor must issue an employee identification certificate to each employee employed to carry out activities in the business conducted by a licensed processor under a poppy processing licence.

The employee identification certificate must contain the following information:

the employee's name;

a clear photograph of the employee;

the employee's date of birth;

the expiry date of the employee identification certificate;

the poppy processing licence under which the employee is authorised to carry out activities required of the employee in the course of his or her employment;

the prescribed information (if any).
