13 Rates, taxes etc
Notwithstanding any Act or law to the contrary—
(a)
the imposition or levying of any rate, tax, impost or other charge in contravention of subclause (1) of clause 7 of the Indenture; or
(b)
the imposition of any rate, tax, levy, impost or other charge in contravention of subclause (2) of clause 7 of the Indenture, shall be void and of no effect.
