30 Order for removal of body for interstate inquest
The
State Coroner may, if he or she has reasonable grounds to believe that an inquest will be held in another State or a Territory of the
Commonwealth into the death outside the State of a person whose body is within the State, issue a warrant for the removal of the body to that other State or Territory.
