149 Interpretation
For the purposes of this Division, a property-tracking document is any of the following:
a document relevant to identifying, locating or quantifying property owned by or subject to the effective control of a person—
who has been convicted of, charged with, or who it is proposed will be charged with, a serious offence; or
whom there are reasonable grounds to suspect of having engaged in conduct constituting a serious offence;
a document relevant to identifying or locating a document necessary for the transfer of property owned by or subject to the effective control of a person referred to in paragraph (a);
a document relevant to identifying, locating or quantifying—
proceeds of a serious offence, or an instrument of a serious offence, of which a person has been convicted or with which a person has been charged or is proposed to be charged; or
proceeds of a serious offence, or an instrument of a serious offence, that a person is reasonably suspected of having committed;
a document relevant to identifying or locating a document necessary for the transfer of property referred to in paragraph (c);
a document relevant to identifying, locating or quantifying literary proceeds in relation to a serious offence of which a person has been convicted or which a person is reasonably suspected of having committed;
a document that would assist in the reading or interpretation of a document referred to in this definition.
A document referred to in subsection (1) does not need to be relevant to identifying, locating or quantifying proceeds of a particular serious offence.
