209C Application of Division—National Cooperative Scheme
This Division—
(a)
applies in respect of forfeiture proceeds of the State that are shareable under the national cooperative scheme; and
(b)
sets out the process for sharing with the Commonwealth or another
State or Territory any forfeiture proceeds of the State that are shareable.
