13 Prescribed form of extension of freezing order
For the purposes of section 21(5) of the Act, a notice to which a copy of the original freezing order has been annexed and that contains the following information is prescribed:
(a)
the date on which and time at which the order extending the duration of the original freezing order was made;
(b)
an explanation of the operation of section 21(6) of the
Act.
