14 Offence to keep dangerous substances without a licence
(1)
A person must not keep a prescribed dangerous substance in any premises unless the person is the holder of a licence under this
Division.
Maximum penalty:
In the case of a body corporate—$50 000.
In any other case—$10 000 or imprisonment for 1 year.
(2)
The regulations may—
(a)
prescribe cases or circumstances in relation to which this Division does not apply;
(b)
exempt (either absolutely or subject to conditions or limitations) a specified person or class of persons from the requirement to be licensed under this Division.
