12 Guidelines
(1)
The
Minister may—
(a)
publish guidelines in relation to the preparation and contents of disability access and inclusion plans; and
(b)
publish such other guidelines as the Minister thinks appropriate for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
The
Minister may vary, substitute or revoke guidelines under this section.
(3)
The
Minister must cause guidelines under this section to be published on a website determined by the Minister.
