18F Pending applications to be disregarded
For the purposes of this Part—
(a)
a person will be taken not to have been granted an NDIS worker check clearance merely because they have made an application for a clearance that has not yet been determined; and
(b)
nothing in this Part authorises an applicant for an NDIS worker check clearance that has not yet been determined to undertake NDIS work.
