18ZL Limitation of liability
Except as is specifically provided in this Part, no civil or criminal liability attaches to—
(a)
the central assessment unit or any other person exercising powers and functions under this Part; or
(b)
the
Crown, in respect of an act or omission in good faith in the performance or exercise, or purported performance or exercise, of a function or power under this Part.
