29 Issue of evidentiary summons
A summons or a notice under this Part may be issued on behalf of the Court by—
(a)
a Judge, Associate Judge or Judicial Registrar; or
(b)
the Registrar; or
(c)
any other officer authorised by the rules to issue such summonses.
