42F Decision on appeal
The Court may, on an appeal—
(a)
affirm the decision appealed against;
(b)
rescind the decision and substitute a decision that the Court considers appropriate;
(c)
remit matters to the original decision-maker for consideration or further consideration in accordance with any directions or recommendations of the Court.
