130J Responsibility for action in case of political parties
If—
(a)
this
Part imposes an obligation on the agent of a registered political party; and
(b)
there is no agent of the party, the obligation rests on each member of the executive committee of the party, and this Part applies to each such member as if the obligation rested on that member alone.
