130KA Register of State campaign accounts
The
Electoral Commissioner must establish and maintain a register of
State campaign accounts required to be kept under this Division, to be known as the Register of State campaign accounts.
The
Register of State campaign accounts must include the following details in relation to each account:
the name and account number of the account;
the agent responsible for the account;
any other details required by the Electoral Commissioner.
An agent required to keep a State campaign account under this Division must, on the request of the Electoral Commissioner, provide the
Electoral Commissioner with any details relating to the account required by the Electoral Commissioner.
An agent must not keep a State campaign account unless the account is included in the Register of State campaign accounts.
