130ZUB Register of Third Parties
(1)
The
Electoral Commissioner must establish and maintain a register, to be known as the Register of Third Parties (the register), setting out a list of the third parties that are registered under this Division.
(2)
The register is to be maintained in the form and manner determined by the Electoral Commissioner.
(3)
The
Electoral Commissioner must publish the register on a website maintained by the Electoral Commissioner.
