61 Form of ballot papers
(1)
Subject to this Act, ballot papers must be in a form prescribed by regulation.
(2)
The following statement must be included on each ballot paper at or near the top of the ballot paper and in clearly legible print—
"You are not legally obliged to mark the ballot paper."
