14B Technical advisory committee
The
Technical Regulator must establish an advisory committee (the
technical advisory committee) including representatives of—
(a)
electricity entities; and
(b)
contractor and employee associations involved in the electricity supply industry; and
(c)
local government, to provide advice to the Technical Regulator, either on its own initiative or at the request of the Technical Regulator, on any matter relating to the functions of the Technical Regulator.
