25 Offence to contravene licence conditions
(1)
An electricity entity must not contravene a condition of its licence.
Maximum penalty: $1 000 000.
(2)
An offence against subsection (1) may be prosecuted as an indictable offence or a summary offence at the discretion of the prosecutor but, if prosecuted as a summary offence, the maximum penalty that may be imposed for the offence is a fine not exceeding $20 000.
