55J Termination of proceedings for determination
The
Technical Regulator may terminate proceedings for a determination if—
(a)
the parties request or consent to the termination; or
(b)
the
Technical Regulator forms the opinion that—
(i)
the subject matter of the dispute is trivial, misconceived or lacking in substance; or
(ii)
the party seeking determination of the dispute has refused or failed to negotiate reasonably and constructively with the other party.
