66 Authorised officer's identity card
(1)
The
Minister must give each authorised officer an identity card.
(2)
The identity card must—
(a)
contain a photograph of the authorised officer taken for the purpose; and
(b)
be signed by the authorised officer.
(3)
A person must, within two days after ceasing to be an authorised officer, return the identity card to the Minister.
Maximum penalty: $250.
