27 Payment of levy into Fund
(1)
Subject to subsection (2), the Registrar of Motor Vehicles and the Chief Executive of the administrative unit of the Public Service that is, under a Minister, responsible for the administration of the Harbors and Navigation Act 1993 must pay money received in payment of the levy under this Division into the Fund.
(2)
Money received in payment of the levy may, instead of being paid into the
Fund, be applied towards payment of any refund required to be paid under this Division.
