Recouping money lost on aggregation of non contiguous land

Current

(1)

The

Commissioner must, in respect of each financial year, determine the amount by which money received in payment of the levy under Part

3 Division 1 is reduced as a result of the aggregation of land for the purposes of section 5(2)(c).

(2)

The

Treasurer must pay into the Fund in each financial year from the

Consolidated Account (which is appropriated to the necessary extent) an amount equivalent to the amount determined under subsection (1) in respect of that year.
