103W Illegal holding out as site contamination auditor
(1)
A person must not hold himself or herself out as a site contamination auditor unless the person is accredited under this Division as a site contamination auditor. Maximum penalty: $15 000.
(2)
A person must not hold out another as a site contamination auditor unless the other person is accredited under this Division as a site contamination auditor. Maximum penalty: $15 000.
