116 Waiver or refund of fees and levies and payment by instalments
The Authority or another administering agency may, in cases of a kind approved by the Minister—
(a)
waive the payment of, or refund, the whole or part of a fee or levy otherwise required to be paid to the Authority or other administering agency under this Act; or
(b)
allow the payment of a fee or levy by instalments.
