18C Delegation
An administering agency, other than the Authority, may, by instrument executed by the administering agency, delegate a function conferred on the administering agency under this Division to—
a committee of the administering agency; or
a subsidiary of the administering agency; or
an employee of the administering agency; or
the employee of the administering agency for the time being occupying a particular office or position; or
an authorised officer.
A delegation under this section may be given subject to conditions specified in the instrument of delegation.
A delegation under this section is revocable at will and does not prevent the administering agency from acting in any matter.
