41 Authorisations may be held jointly
(1)
An environmental authorisation may be held jointly by two or more persons.
(2)
Where an environmental authorisation is held jointly by two or more persons, those persons are jointly and severally liable where any civil or criminal liability attaches to the holder of the authorisation under this
Act.
