26 Issue of evidentiary summonses
A summons or a notice under this Division may be issued on behalf of the Court by—
(a)
any member of the Court; or
(b)
an Associate Judge, Judicial Registrar or registrar;
or
(c)
any other officer authorised by the rules to issue such summonses.
