20 Government magazines
(1)
The Governor may by proclamation declare any place to be a
Government magazine.
(2)
Every Government magazine shall be under the control of the
Director.
(3)
The Governor may by proclamation revoke any such proclamation or any proclamation made by the Treasurer pursuant to section 352 of the
Marine Board and Navigation
Act 1881.
