37 Corresponding law licences
(1)
If a licence granted under a corresponding law complies with any requirements prescribed by the regulations, the Regulator must, on application, grant or renew the licence.
(2)
The
Regulator may impose such conditions as the Regulator thinks fit in relation to the grant or renewal of a licence under this section.
