28B Minister to publish certain notices in Gazette
(1)
If, under the Australian Consumer Law (SA), the Minister publishes a written notice on the Internet, the Minister must, as soon as reasonably practicable after the publication, publish the notice in the Gazette.
(2)
A failure of the Minister to publish a notice in the Gazette as required under subsection (1) does not affect the validity of a notice published on the Internet.
