37G Restriction on ticket resale profit
A person must not sell a ticket to any other person for an amount that exceeds 110% of the original supply cost of the ticket.
Maximum penalty:
(a)
in the case of a body corporate—$100 000;
(b)
in the case of a natural person—$20 000.
Expiation fee: $550.
