49 Immunity from liability
(3)
The
Crown incurs no liability for a statement made by the Minister or the Responsible authority in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of powers under section 48.
(4)
No liability is incurred by a person for publishing in good faith—
(a)
a statement referred to in subsection (3);
or
(b)
a fair report or summary of such a statement.
