3 Application of code
This code applies to a dispute between—
(a)
a farmer; and
(b)
—
(i)
1 or more mining operators; or
(ii)
the holder or holders of a licence under the Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Act 2000, in relation to access to land used by the farmer for the business of primary production.
