46 Regulations
(1)
The
Governor may make regulations for the purposes of this Act.
(2)
A regulation may prescribe a penalty (not more than $2 500) for contravention of the regulation.
(3)
A regulation made for the purposes of a provision of this Act that operates retrospectively may itself operate retrospectively provided that it does not do so to the prejudice of any person.
(4)
A regulation made for the purposes of section 13A or 18 may operate retrospectively provided that it does not do so to the prejudice of any person.
