(1)
For the purposes of this Division, the Minister may perform any power and exercise any function conferred on the Minister under
Division
1 or
Division
2 as if the Commonwealth Act applied under this
Division.
(2)

2 apply in respect of agreements under this Division, with such modifications as are necessary.
