4 Declaration of aquatic reserves
(1)
The Governor may, by proclamation—
(a)
declare that waters, or land and waters, specified in the proclamation, constitute an aquatic reserve; and
(b)
assign a name to the aquatic reserve so constituted.
(2)
Land cannot form part of an aquatic reserve unless the land has been placed under the care, control and management of the
Minister.
(3)
The Governor may, by subsequent proclamation—
(a)
abolish an aquatic reserve; or
(b)
alter the boundaries of an aquatic reserve; or
(c)
alter the name of an aquatic reserve.
