39 Failure to comply with requirements of authorised officers
A person must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with a requirement of an authorised officer duly made under this
Division.
Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty:
(a)
If the offender is a body corporate—$250 000.
(b)
If the offender is a natural person—$50 000.
