48 Notices and orders to contain certain information
An improvement notice or prohibition order under this
Part—
(a)
must specify any provision of the Food Standards Code to which it relates; and
(b)
may specify particular action to be taken by a person to ensure compliance with the provision of the Food Standards Code to which it relates.
