65 Review of decisions relating to approval

(1)

A person aggrieved by a decision of the relevant authority relating to any of the following may apply to the Tribunal under section 34 of the South Australian Civil and

Administrative Tribunal Act 2013 for a review of the decision:

(a)

the grant or refusal of an application for approval of a laboratory under this Division;

(b)

the imposition of conditions on an approval;

(c)

the variation of conditions of an approval;

(d)

the suspension or cancellation of an approval.

(2)

An application under this section must be made within 28 days after service of—

(a)

the written approval or notice of refusal under this Division;

or

(b)

the notice of the variation, suspension or cancellation under this

Division.
