93 Reports by enforcement agencies

(1)

The head of an enforcement agency (other than the relevant authority) is to report to the relevant authority, at such intervals as the relevant authority requires, on the performance of functions under this Act by persons employed or engaged by the agency.

(2)

In addition to any report required under subsection (1), the head of an enforcement agency is to forward to the relevant authority details of any proceedings for an offence under this Act or the regulations taken by an officer of the agency within one month of the proceedings being finally dealt with.
