95 Certificates of authority
(1)
An enforcement agency is to provide each authorised officer appointed by it with a certificate of authority as an authorised officer.
(2)
The powers of an authorised officer may be limited by the authorised officer's certificate of authority.
(3)
An authorised officer is required to produce the certificate of authority—
(a)
if requested to do so by the proprietor of a food business whose premises are entered by the authorised officer; or
(b)
if requested to do so by a person whom the authorised officer requires to produce anything or to answer any question.
