12 Planting and milling of timber
The Corporation may—
(a)
plant any forest reserve with trees;
(b)
take any action necessary or convenient to be taken to protect any trees in a forest reserve and ensure their proper growth;
(c)
establish, maintain, and operate mills, plant and machinery for the milling and treatment of such trees and timber.
