Exempt documents communicated by another government

Current

A document is an exempt document if—

(a)

it contains information from an intergovernmental communication to the

Government of South Australia or a council; and

(b)

notice has been received from the relevant Government or council that the information would be protected from disclosure under a corresponding law of the Commonwealth or another State.
