58 Proceedings
The procedures to be observed by the Gambling Advisory Council in relation to the conduct of its business will be—
(a)
as determined by the Commissioner; or
(b)
insofar as a procedure is not determined under paragraph (a)—as determined by the Gambling
Advisory Council.
